All Chase-Durer watches are covered by an extended five-year manufacturer's international incremental warranty. This warranty covers materials and manufacturing quality from date of purchase. In the first year of the international incremental warranty, a check for shipping and handling must accompany repairs sent to authorized service centers: $15.00 in the US, and $30.00 internationally. To see incremental payments for the following four years of ownership, view the schedule specific to each watch's warranty at the Chase-Durer Web site. The warranty does not apply to straps, batteries, broken crowns, or scratches on the case or glass. If your watch is repaired or serviced by anyone other than Chase-Durer, this warranty will become void.
