Mid 1980's : High school by day and designer by night, Marc Ecko has his first design studio in the garage of his parents' New Jersey home. His appreciation for the newly emerging hip-hop scene as well as grafitti artwork got the attention of cultural icons such as Spike Lee and Chuck D who wore his t-shirts with pride.
1993 : Ecko, at the age of 20, founded *eckō unltd.
