D&G Dolce & Gabbana Time watches are warranted by Binda USA, LLC, to the original purchaser for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. Only the movement, hands, and dial of each watch are warranted against defects in material and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage to the watch due to normal wear and tear, modifications made to the case, strap, bracelet or crystal of the watch, or any moisture damage to the watch (if not marked "water resistant" on the back of the case of the watch).
